Our core strength and conditioning program for those who want it ALL.
25+ Class times/Week to pick from. Constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements performed in a small-group class environment.

Prerequisite: Intro Class or 6 months experience at a CrossFit Affiliate.

HybridX classes provide balanced general physical preparedness and can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to better performance. HybridX has the most highly trained team of CrossFit credentialed coaches in Central Minnesota and an AWESOME fitness community!
